Japanese guitar craftsmanship from Matsumoto
Bacchus is a brand of Deviser Co., Ltd., headquartered in Matsumoto in Japan’s Nagano Prefecture. Since 1994, Bacchus has consistently developed its instruments from the player’s perspective, with functionality, reliability and quality at the core. The result is guitars and basses that musicians can rely on, on stage and in the studio.
At the heart of the brand is the Handmade Series, whose instruments are built one by one in the company’s own Aska workshop in Matsumoto. This expertise also flows into the mid-range and entry-level series, so beginners and professionals alike benefit from the brand’s high standards.
